    I prefer my home gym to that of a sports club. Hands down. There have been too many times that the gym was over crowded by people who’d rather treat the place like a hookup spot and just linger on the machine I needed to use. I hate fight for my time. Talk about the frustration.

    I loved your point about personalities and the different styles of work outs they are drawn towards. Good tips and observations.
