It is written by an expert in athletic and human performance, Mark Verstegen. It is the most well rounded program on the market. It won’t only get you moving again and doing it correctly it will also push you a little bit. Actually, the program has the ability to push you as much as you want it to.
The exercise program focuses on flexibility, range of motion, and the strength of each muscle and joint. The nutrition program is educational and easy to apply.
