    Once again… gold! This is why I love circuit workouts so much. I have severe ADD (self-diagnosed but ya know 😉 ) and I need something that is constantly changing so I can stay focused. Even if I watch TV or have a new playlist I have a rough time with standard cardio. Also, why I prefer to do cardio outside if I can.

      Yes! And it rocks! Sometimes all it takes is a quick fix – like new gear or a new bike path – and our head’s back in the game.

    I totally have days where my mind isn’t feeling the workout, but I know my body can do it. I always focus on how great I will feel afterwards and how guilty I would feel if I didn’t give the workout my all. It usually works and I am always happy I finished the wo. : )

      I love that idea. Focus on the positive – how good you’ll feel after, rather than the negative – how much you are not in the mood to be working out right now. It changes your energy level, and the whole workout, doesn’t it?

    My iPad is now broken and she has 83 views.
