Below is a sample meal plan of what he has during one day. He believes in order to gain the body of a Arnold Schwarzenegger you have to eat like him. This requires you to eat 6 meals a day that are high in protein and carbs. Want to get huge like Calum? Eat like him.

Meal 1:

  • 1 ½ cup Oats
  • 1 Scoop Protein
  • Berries and Yogurt

Meal 2:

  • 6 Egg Whites
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 ounces Buffalo Meat

Meal 3:

  • 9 ounces Chicken
  • 7 ounces Rice
  • 1 cup Vegetables

Meal 4:

  • 9 ounces Red Meat

Calum Von Moger Bodybuilding Philosophy: Aesthetic Bodybuilding

Calum is well known for his love of the “old-school” bodybuilders like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane, Dave Draper, Ed Corney, and Bill Grant.

All of these bodybuilders trained hard in order to have the most defined and well proportional bodies (aesthetic bodybuilding).

They don’t care about having having biceps that are bigger than both of their quads together, but to have biceps that are in perfect proportion and symmetry to the rest of their body.

With this mindset, Calum is now the 3 time reigning champion of Mr. Universe and continues to strive for greater things today.

Growing up idolizing Arnold, Calum was able to develop his workout routines and eating patterns after him. This ultimately helped Calum reach his desired “old-school” body builder look today.

At a young age of 26 (birthday June 9, 1990) Calum Von Moger has accomplished more then some bodybuilders do in their whole entire life. Here is a list of his accomplishments.

The Life of Calum Von Moger

Growing up in central Victoria, Australia with 5 brothers and sisters Calum first got his start.

At age 14 Calum and his brother started to lift weights in an old warehouse with rusty weights. At such a young age his motivation was to get stronger then his older brother.

As he continued to lifts weights and get stronger he started to enter competitions in high school and was then recruited for the WFF Jr. Mr. Universe competition where he won his first time competing.

Using Steve Reeves and Arnold Schwarzenegger as motivation, Calum continues to enter competitions and perfect his body.
