The 12 Week Shape Up Challenge Starts September 5
Welcome to AskFitnessCoach.com’s 12 Week Shape Up Challenge. We are excited to present this program to you. We are in the business of answering people’s questions and we get all kinds of questions about how to shape up your arms, shoulders, abs, glutes, and hamstrings. So, what we wanted to do is create a program that very effective and efficient and didn’t take a lot of time, but got you guys great results.
The beauty of this program is, we know you are busy and don’t have time to spend hours at the gym bored out of your mind on a treadmill or stationary bike. So, we developed these circuits that are going to get you burning calories right away and up to 48 hours after your workout.
So, there are three parts to our program the first part is our calorie cyclone workouts. You are going to be doing these three times a week they are going to be 12-15 minute workouts and going to be strength based circuits. Then we are going to do metabolic circuits they are going to similar to your cardio workout but a lot it is going to be body weight exercises. The last part of our program is we are going to give you a nutritional goal each week to work on to get optimal results with this program.
