Over the last 15 years of being involved in the fitness industry I have been asking myself the same question over and over again why does this work? I have asked this question in regards to exercise equipment, supplements, meal plans, and exercise programs. Most likely if a product has garnered some kind of following I have looked into it to see why it is working to help people get fit or lose weight. Making sure I ask myself if it does work is there any reason that people shouldn’t be using it?
There are hundreds if not thousands of products on the market today. It can be overwhelming for you to know what products will help you accomplish your goals. I want to help you know which product will help you accomplish your goal. Most of us if not all of us need help. Knowing what to eat and how to exercise isn’t easy, but knowing your following the right advice or right program makes it a little easier.
My bias when I write about a specific product will be represented by the fact that I think human beings are innately powerful and have the ability to accomplish anything they put their minds to. There is absolutely no reason to lie to you or cover something up to make you want to use one program over another. Weight loss and fitness require healthy lifestyle changes. There is no such thing as a quick fix!!! Quick weight loss fixes end up causing a quick return to your previous weight or fitness level.
To make the why does this work articles “work” it is going to require a lot of involvement and questions from those reading the articles. The more involvement the more that everyone will learn.
