    I’m with you on protein! I’ll make protein shake my #1.

    2 – I’m thinking it would be good to have a body bar (doubles as a weapon. Triples as a way to crack open coconuts. Kettlebell would work well too)

    3 – I’d like a bike… Does anyone know if you can cycle in the sand?

    I would definitely need my ipod. Can’t exercise without it. Gotta have a big bottle of water and a good pair of trainers like my RBK running shoes.
