Skip workout, keep working


You are such a workaholic! Fun fact: did you know that working long hours is linked to stroke and coronary heart disease? I guess that’s not very fun. But it’s good to be aware of if you work way too long and take zero time for yourself.

At least you did the most important thing though, you ate healthy today! Hashtag proud. You can’t out train a bad diet, no matter how much you want to.

Missing a workout is fixable, just make sure that you are working out 3-5 times per week. Balance is everything.

Remember that when it comes to weight loss, it’s 70% diet and 30% exercise. If you’re aiming for overall health then it should be 100% diet and 100% exercise. It’s okay to miss a workout every now and then, don’t be too hard on yourself. Life happens. Just stay balanced!!
