Week 8 of 12: Shape Up Challenge

Week 8! Doesn’t it feel great? You are doing an awesome job and we hope that you can feel a difference in your body and in your everyday life. ¬†Don’t forget to push yourself but continue to listen to your body and make sure that you aren’t pushing yourself too hard. We want you to be in the best shape but we definitely don’t want you to overdo it and hurt yourself. Continue working hard and you will continue seeing results!

Your nutritional goal for week 8 is all about water.  Water seems like such a simple thing but getting enough water will do a lot for you and your health. As always, we want to remind you to continue doing the nutritional goals for the previous weeks.
