Shape Up Challenge – Week 7

Week 7 of 12: Shape Up Challenge

Lucky number 7 is upon us. Soon you will be done with the twelve weeks and people will be “oooo”ing and “ahhhhh”ing at your new body.  Hopefully you have been setting goals for yourself, working hard, and achieving those goals.  You can do anything that you put your mind to!

Week 7 nutrition Goal: Breaking the fast the right way.  Breakfast is such an important part of being healthy but for some reason it continues to be the most commonly overlooked meal. So this week focus on getting a hearty and healthy breakfast every morning.

Have you been doing all of the nutritional goals each week? Remember that working on all the nutritional goals is a huge part of your success. So if you have been neglecting past goals, stop it and start fresh this week. Its never too late to correct a bad habit.
