Shape Up Challenge – Week 6

Week 6 of 12: Shape Up Challenge

You are halfway there! Can you believe it? This is the week where champions are made!  Things are heating up and it’s time to step up to the challenge! We hope that you are feeling it by now.  Hopefully you have more energy, feel better, and have noticed some positive changes in your body.  If you have been giving it your all then there is no way you haven’t been making improvements. Work hard this week and remember to share your success with us.

Week 6 Nutrition Goal: Kick the Sugar Habit.  Sugar is not your friend when you are trying to lose weight and get in shape. This week try and cut out (or at least cut back on) the sugary foods you consume.
