Week 5 of 12: Shape Up Challenge

Week five has arrived! Almost half way. Hopefully you have been working your tail off and enjoying yourself along the way. Sweat hard and eat right this week. You can do it! You really can! Don’t let anything, especially yourself, get in the way of your success.

Week 5 Nutrition article: Cut the Fast Food (or at least make it healthier).  With fast food chains on every corner, quickly grabbing a bite to eat has become so convenient.  But, it’s definitely NOT convenient for our bodies or our waistlines! So stay away from those “convenient” dinners and start making some fresh, healthy meals!
