Week 11 of 12: Shape Up Challenge

You’ve made it to the second to last week! We hope that you have stuck with the program and that you are happy with the results. 
For your nutritional goal we want you to focus on fat. We want you to understand why fat is an important part of your diet and we want you to be getting the proper amount of the right kinds of fat in your diet.
