That’s a cool way of looking at it! Last time I used Rock Paper Scissors was to decide who was going out to get milk. As for veggie cutting. I need to start doing that type of prep in the morning. By dinner time I don’t feel like veggie cutting. Ack!

HUGE fan of miss fitness & spice, but i must say this might be one of my favorite posts yet! LOVE the rock, paper, scissors analogy: short, sweet, and oh-so-effective. yet another inspiring post from miss joanna!

Loved the analogy. I run a business called Rock Paper Scissors Coaching so loved how you use Rock Paper Scissors. We also use it as a business decision making tool – a bit strange but effective. I would love to be put in contact with the author. Cheers, Ed
