Did you know that prepping your food ahead of time drastically reduces food costs? Buying and cooking in bulk saves time, money and calories. You’re more conscious about what you’re eating and the decision is already made!
You figured that you would exercise later; food is more important to be prepared for. When you have your meals prepped there is no excuse for straying from your healthy eating!
It’s now the end of the day and you find that you still have a lot of work to do tonight. You could cut work short and get to the gym for a quick workout and a little time for yourself or you could get more work done tonight because your boss doesn’t see sleep as a necessity, and work is more important.
