Kaylee has been passionate about health and fitness since she first learned about the food pyramid in 3rd grade. She has always sought to learn more was driven to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Wellness.

She learned so much in her schooling that improved her quality of life. She loves sharing that knowledge with other people. She started writing researched based fitness articles to help others have the knowledge to change their lives.

Kaylee is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She has worked with clients and developed programs to help them successfully achieve health and confidence.

She believes in balance and in her free time you can either find her at the gym, on a mountain, or eating chocolate pretzels.
